Our role is to develop the facility that supports the manufacturer’s business. We plan buildings around production flow, refrigeration, insulation, wastewater, utilities, sanitation, maintenance, and future expansion.

Our mission is to make purpose-built facilities a stronger long-term economic choice than repurposing spaces originally designed for another use or a previous user’s operations.

The three temperature zones behind the TriTemp name are ambient, refrigerated, and frozen. We plan manufacturing and supply-chain facilities around the products, processes, and temperature requirements of each tenant.

How does TTA work with tenants and partners?

TriTemp America develops facilities for manufacturers to lease. Our development capabilities cover site selection and entitlements, design and construction, build-to-suit development, and capital and partnership coordination.

We welcome conversations with manufacturers, cold-storage and logistics operators, property owners, brokers, investors, lenders, and economic development agencies.

Where does TriTemp America seek opportunities?

We seek development opportunities across the United States, including the target markets listed on our opportunities page. We consider both vacant land and existing industrial properties, evaluating each site around the intended tenant’s operations and long-term economics.
